Granite counter tops in a mobile home? Wow, sounds like a luxury mobile home. I have to say that there is much square footage. Is it a double wide?

I wouldn't say it's "luxury" but I liked cooking and wanted to upgrade, planned on living there longer than we did. It is a doublewide 28x60. MAKE OFFER!

It is off W. Hewitt on Santana Road. There is a large new Single Family home being built on our road. there are several empty lots and some other double wide homes. It is a dirt road. The home is White with green shutters and is currently occupied. The current renter was trying to work out something with me, but I would much rather sell outright.
