Still Looking - Aug 9-19 5days

Hi again,

I'm looking for a 5 night rental, but have certain requirements. I'm hoping someone out there has some dates to fill.

Need:

3 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms with bunk alcove. (Single mom with 2 responsible teens)
Must be within 2 miles of Seaside or Rosemary.
Need community pool or private.
New or remodelled - more the Rosemary style as opposed to "beachy."

Here's the bad part - I'm trying to stay around $1000 total for the 5 days. I know that's cheap for what I am looking for, but we are very flexible and low "wear and tear." Plus if you book us and have to move us within that time frame, that's ok too.

Our house is 1 mile east of Seaside, community pool. The style may not be exactly what you would like, but good location and the price is right. Very well maintained house.

We can do the requested amount of $1,000.00 for 5 days.

Check out the calendar for available dates, but I do see that Aug. 11-15 is available, currently.

I have a 3 BR 2 Bath unit in the heart of Seagrove about a mile from Seaside. Actually the unit has 2 large bedrooms and a smaller BR with bunks (twin over full). It's less than a year old and is fully furnished. The complex has a large pool plus a fishing lake with pier. It's about 400 yards to the beach.

I have a 3bd/3ba house in Magnolia Cottages (2 miles west of Rosemary) that is available for the dates you are requesting. The house is 4 houses away from the pool and 150 yds. to the beach. The price for 5 days would be right in your budget of $1000.

Just a quick note to thank everyone for their rental offers and patience while we decided. I am happy to say we found a place, and will be making the trek in 2 weeks. Can't wait!
