Still looking for Vacation Rental Oct. 3-10

We are vacationing to the Blue Mountain/Grayton/any South Walton beach Oct 3-10. I need a 3 bdrm, Gulf Front or less than 50 yards to gulf. Not interested in high rise condo's but would love a townhouse, house or low rise condo. I found a little more money under the cushions of couch and I can now pay $1400 total. Please let me know if you have a place that fits my needs. Thanks! We come every yr to this area and love it! Unfortunately I waited too long and vacation home we usually stay at is booked! We've never paid over $1200 for a gulf front house! We love this area! Thanks!

Are you aware of Garrett Realty/Beachside Villas by Eastern Lake (south of 30 A) in Seagrove?? They have many 3 bedroom condos on the 2nd and 3rd floor close to the beach.
