I had my first eating out experience in about a year 
due to sensitivity to gluten (wheat, barley, oats and rye) other than ordering baked potatoes until we ate at STINKY?S FISH CAMP last night. I have had bad experiences with restaurants that say they have a gluten free menu..usually get sick. The staff was wonderful and so accommodating the minute we got there. We were greeted with a very nice hostess and then greeted by our friendly waitress (so sorry I do not remember her name) and then the chef came out to speak with us. What a treat for someone to understand this challenging problem. A couple of the staff members have the same problem so they can relate. We had wonderful service and a delicious gluten free meal?would never know it was any different. Thanks also to the staff behind the scene to make everything run smoothly. Thanks so much again.
