That depends...

If the light in question is a decorative "lamp post" then it is most likely the property, and responsibility, of the local HOA.

If it is a "street light" mounted on a large wooden pole then Chelco may own and maintain the fixture.

If your HOA is responsible and doesn't already have an electrical contractor (even if they do) I'd love to be a resource for you. Contact info follows;

If it's the one I've seen for a couple days now, it is one of the decorative ones right near where the golf course comes out to 30-A on the West end.

If that's the case ASH, then I'm betting it's the SRB Club's responsibility.

I can't figure out how the cover got off. It's up there a long way. The lightbulb looks shot. The cover was intact as best as I could tell. It was in a shrub that borders the last home just before the tee box on 30-A.
