I have a section 8 HUD voucher for a studio or 1 bedroom in Walton County, for a 1 year lease. I'm an active part of the Santa Rosa Beach community, and volunteer with Communities of Transformation, a program of Caring & Sharing. I've been dealing with chronic illness for years now, so I'm struggling financially. I would appreciate leads on any landlords who participate in HUD or would be willing to consider doing so.
