Suggestions on rental 8/9 - /16

I need a rental for 8/9 -8/16, (would really like it till the 17th). Prefer a house or cottage, 3BR. Trying to keep it under $1500. The one I was going to rent was booked. Could you please comment on Grove by the Sea, Cottages@Eastern Lake, and Cassine Village. How far is beach access? I am also looking at Beach Haven cottages near Dune Allen. I am not familiar with them. Any advice, so I can stop searching?
