Tuesday: Grilled Meatloaf Sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo, on wheat bread $6.50​

Wednesday: Grilled Vegetable Lasagna with eggplant, zuchinni, squash, onions and portobellas $6.50​

Thursday: Chicken Fajita Roll Up with guacamole, salsa and sour cream $6.95​

Friday: Shrimp Po Boy with r?moulade, lettuce and tomato on a sub roll $7.50​

Opened April 19th 1999 to serve the few homeowners and many construction workers at that time. Moved into a new building in Y2K - more room to do more interesting things. We added the name "Blue By Night Bistro." This was done to differentiate our breakfast and lunch menu from our full service dinner menu. In 2006 when our building was moved across the street to North Barrett Sq. we dropped the " Blue By Night" name. We are located at: 60 North Barrett Sq Rosemary Beach FL 850-231-6264​
