Summer Place Townhomes in Gulf Place

Anyone know anything about these? They were all in foreclosure but seem to be selling again.....at first glance, they seem nicely done , spacious, with pool and close beach access.....and affordable. Just dont know what the history is, the area, and how well they could rent.

Saw the unit at Summer Place and was sorry it would not suit our needs. Parking is Very limited. The main issue is there is hardly any living space. Four bedrooms are great but the living/dining area off kitchen was tiny. Rooftop deck nice and view great. The bank obviously had to rent the units long term and the property needs some cleanup. Cigarette butts were everywhere.
