We've been staying in Destin for over 10 years. We really like the condo we're staying at as it is a mid-rise and the beach is not overly crowded considering we usually come the last week of July. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of people there, it's just a mid-rise does not accomodate nearly as many as the huge high rise building that have people 3 rows deep at the beach!
I digress......We always end up coming down to the Seaside/Seagrove/Grayton area in the evenings and really enjoy it. We thought it might be a nice change to stay that way. The two places we like are Dunes of Seagrove. It has been recomended to me by a friend and then I saw a few houses in the Summer's Edge community that I liked (the ones that are really close to the beach). My only concern with Summer's Edge is that the beach would be crowded in July since you are sharing it with so many homes. Can you all give me some insight on what it would be like? Thanks in advance for your help!
