for private development. Well... all you property owners in SoWal with modest homes better watch out. It appears now that a developer can coax the govt into taking you land for their gain. Am I wrong?
I dislike how heated I get when it comes to politics. Sometimes, I am ready to throw the Constitution and Bill of Rights at the Supreme Court Justices (I hope that was not a threat which will put me in the Fed Pen) and hit them in the head. They propably would not know what hit them.RiverOtter said:for private development. Well... all you property owners in SoWal with modest homes better watch out. My father was born and raised in D.C. in a neighborhood not far from the Supreme Court. His slippery slope was the court steps or the Capital steps when it snowed. He told me the Park police could never catch him and his buddies on their makeshift toboggans.kurt said:It's a slippery slope I think ridiculous.

I guess you do not understand politics. What the Court ( I don't like refering to them as supreme) really means, is that it is okay for the gov't to sieze an individual's property, unless it belongs to one of them or someone they give a hoot about.Philip_Atlanta said:I say we find the addresses of the judges on the Supreme court, petition to the city that we'll build apartment buildings on them.
