Went Surf Fishing from 4-8 Behind Paradise By The Sea(Where Hilton's house is, Next to Alys Beach). Sand Fleas Are proving hard to Find, Just start digging In random spots through the wash zone, hoping to get lucky. After about 30 min of digging I was able to get 2 lines out sitting out(pompano jigs 2 hooks on each line each baited with sand fleas) just past the first sand bar(where the surf was breaking).

I then went back to digging for Sand Fleas while my lines were out. From about 4-6:30 it was slow(rising tide...High Tide was around 7:15) I caught was a Whiteing and a lady fish with one or 2 other noticeable bites! Right after the sunset I was down to my last few Sand Fleas and had gave up on hunting anymore! Just then my rod jerked down and I reeled In around a 13" Pompano.....NOT A BAD WAY TO FINISH THE DAY!

This happened right after sunset around High Tide! Bottom Line I'd bring a shovel and just start digging and shifting through the wash for fleas! getting them is going to be the hardest part!
