Because of the collapse in Surfside Florida, State government is fixing to get involved. A few years ago a law was passed to retrofit fire sprinklers in buildings without them over 75 feet. 2019 was suppose to be when this was to be completed. Well that date has been pushed to 2024. My point is whether it is fixing issues with a building or retrofitting a fire sprinkler system, it takes money and just because government creates rules/ laws money can push those dates. Nothing gets cheaper the longer you put it off.
