I just heard (SP?) Llyod Blue lost his bid to make Suzanne Harris pay his court costs in the Chat Holley lawsuit. It looks as though she was right to take blue to court and he'll be responsible for his own costs and the county will have to pay Suzanne's cost. Yep, she was right all along. Between the driftwood settlement and this one, that should have the county up to about 3 million in just costs. She offered not to sue them if they would have just admitted they did it wrong, they wouldn't because of politics, not what was right and what was wrong. Both of these issues seemed to have llyod in the background. Seems strange to me how this name plays into things. I wonder when the county is going to put suzzane on retainer instead of fighting her? Does anybody know how to look up district court in pensacola? I got this from someone over the phone and I would like to read the judges order.

This is typical. Walton County at its best. Let Attorneys rack up fees when a solution was most likely presented years ago. Just like Driftwood and that suit.
