We have for sale a 2-head table top press (screen printing machine) with dryer & adjustable frames. An exposure box (24x24 box that was built by us) is included, but it just needs a piece of glass. 2 squeegees & 2 metal tension frames (which are the best) are included. It is 6 years old. We also have an art program, the paint (not all full) and the other chemicals/products that you need to get started. We also have the emulsion paper and some other things that we will include. It will be nice to have the product numbers, etc to replace these things. It has been sitting in our indoor room! I am looking for paperwork that was with it, but R Jennings online is company and the best resource for this machine! Basically this is everything that you would need to get started. (Lights would need to be purchased too, but we have the info on the best kind!) We have a couple of inquiries, so you can just let me know either way what you decide!! Thanks so much. MACHINE INFO: Same press as T-450 and T-450 Micro, except the T-450-2 does not have micro registration, and the T-450-2 has 2 color arms. The bulk of the market for printing is 1-2 colors. The other two colors can be added later, if and when you get an order for a 3 or 4 color job. That reduces the cost of investing today. Let the customer pay for that 3rd or 4th color as part of your quote. Our patented Spring Tension Control is included so you can adjust to different sizes and weights of screens. Press is shipped with a Standard Platen 15" wide x 18" long that includes 2" of neck to make loading shirts easier. More than 35 attachments are sold separately and can be purchased later as the need arises. This press is rock solid, and that is why we can offer original owners the 75% trade-in upon return of the press with a copy of the sales invoice.
D-630 Flash Dryer 110 or 220 volts
The safest and best flash dryer in the industry. The base is heavy steel to prevent tipping at 600 degrees. Also, the base is designed to be under the platen to avoid a tripping hazard like those flash dryers with legs sticking out. The base is on casters which will allow the dryer to roll, if bumped into. The poles telescope to adjust height, and the manual flash dryers can be upgraded later to an automated unit by replacing one of the poles. The heater control is solid state. Control is essential, because different fabrics can tolerate different amounts of heat, and different inks have different curing requirements. The heater should be 1.5-2" above the garment for the heat to be evenly distributed across the printed image. Flash dryers without heat control will scorch the garment before they cure the ink. Our heat control does not have a relay that turns the heat on and off while you are curing like dryers sold by other companies. This flash is simply the best
