NOTICEis hereby given that the WALTON COUNTY TOURIST DEVELOPMENT COUNCILwill hold a TDC Advisory Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 13, 2012at 9:00 a.m at the TDC Conference Room, 25777 U S Hwy 331 S, SantaRosa Beach.
Ifa person decides to appeal any decision made by the council withrespect to any matter considered, he/she will need a record of theproceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of theproceedings is made, which record includes that testimony andevidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
[FONT=Century Schoolbook, serif]Inaccordance with Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, whenever any boardor commissioner of any state agency or authority, or of any agency orauthority of any county, municipal corporation, or other politicalsubdivision, which has scheduled a meeting, a written request by aphysically handicapped person to attend the meeting, directed to thechairperson or director of such board, commission, agency, orauthority, such chairperson or director shall provide a manner bywhich such person may attend the meeting at its scheduled site orreschedule the meeting to a site which would be accessible to suchperson.[/FONT]
