Teen Yoga with Sarah Gibson

Our good friend Sarah is great with kids! She just returned from North Carolina where she spent the Summer as a counselor at Camp Green Cove.

Nov 18, 25, Dec. 2, 9, 16 at Balance Health Studio in Seagrove Beach.

As I said on the middle school yoga thread, Sarah is great with kids old and young.

I can't imagine a better activity for teenagers- it is such a crazy time- Sarah's influence on self-esteem and confidence is amazing.

I am speaking from personal experience here- attending Sarah's yoga class last year was one of the best things I ever did for me.

Too cool! Sarah is awesome, and I fully agree with John R's statement about Sarah being great with kids, old and young. Sarah is one of those people whom you will remember the rest of your life. Go sign up your kids for this class.
