Tents on the beach

Do the public beaches i.e. Ed Walline allow people to bring their own tents? We have a Sun Ninja.

IIRC the current regulation is no bigger than 10X10 feet and has to be in the upper third of the beach.

That said I've seen plenty on the shore, I believe it's a courtesy thing. Please keep in mind it's not a placeholder to be setup at dawn in case you come to the beach.
