I saw The American this weekend. While staring at George Clooney for 90 minutes was pleasant, I thought the movie was really bad. Many disappointed (and vocal) folks exiting the theater. Wait for the DVD. I have not read any other reviews - this is just my humble opinion. Perhaps we just expected something different.

And parents - LOTS of sex and nudity in this one, so think twice before you bring your teens. Even my husband was uncomfortable.

One of the main reasons I was going to go see it, was to get a much better look at that babe that's been on the trailers. But, if the story is kinda weak, then all that's left is the "lots of sex and nudity"...decisions, decisions...

My mom said the movie was terrible but if you were a man wanting to see that woman naked then it was worth you money-I didn't ask but I don't guess we got to see naked George!
