Join us on Thursday, June 1st at our virtual meeting of ECMS, 6:30 -8:00 pm CST, for impressions of a recent retreat led by Sister Chan Khong at the Magnolia Grove Monastery in Mississippi. Three of our members- Whitney Davisdon, Rebecca Wied and Lee Potts attended the retreat and will share their impressions with us. Sister Chan Khong, author of True Love is the first fully ordained monastic disciple of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and continues to serve as director of the late master’s humanitarian’ projects since the 1960s.
