The ideal house would have a garage, room for a well-behaved family labrador, and be located between Inlet Beach and Topsail. North of 98 would be fine from 331 through Point Washington area, which we really like!
$1,000 - $1,300 payment per month would be ideal. We're stable, reliable locals that have owned lease properties ourselves, so we know how important the "right" buyer or tenant can be!
