I'm still shaking my head. 2 yrs ago I could have bought 10 lots from 20-30k each in there. I bet dr Horton paid 15-20k. i'm sorry but anyone who pays $260 a foot in there 1 1/2 miles to the beach is going to regret it. dr Horton will easily net 300k per home if they can sell for 550-600k.i remember driving threw there from 2009-2012 and all that was in there was 1 unfinished home with a saw horse on the porch
