We had dinner tonight at The Oasis. It's gourmet vegan restaurant the recently opened on E Hewitt Road. The menu offers a wonderful variety of vegan dishes. We can't wait to go back and try more dishes. The special cocktail menu looked interesting...will try something next visit. You don't have to be vegan (we aren't )to dine here. We were really impressed with our server and the quality of the food. Kudos to owner/ Chef Amy.
