Asian and Sushi pile up, Dan will be flexing his culinary muscle in this summertime menu featuring Tomato Mango and Cucumber Salad with Vanilla Vinaigrette; Jerk Chicken with Yellow Rice, Grilled Pineapple Salsa and Black Beans and Island Pineapple Rum Cake with Spiced Cream.
