Chef Joyce, AKA The Paella Queen, will be back in Seaside serving at The Chicken Shack this winter with her famous Paella! She will continue her normal Wednesday night at North Beach Social and Farm & Fire.

Chef Joyce learned her famous recipe while in Spain, which she has continued to tweak over the years to bring some panhandle flair. Her use of chorizo instead of plain sausage adds a little extra spice kick, so this dish is not for the faint of heart!
