Hey Kurt. Just received literature on this property. Can't seem to get any information on pricing. Sure it will be in the $2 mil range. Do you have any pricing information? I know there's a lot of people who own condos in East Pass Towers that are trying to sell because they're losing their view. :sosad:

Sorry I don't have any pricing info but it should be easy to obtain assuming it has been set. PM me if you need a contact.

East Pass Towers wil only be losing a portion of their view. They'll still have at least 300 degrees and should only be blocked to the west north west with no interference to the gulf.

I may be wrong but isn't this an area where a lot of floating oil collects near or on that point area because of the harbor and pass?

It's also the place on that narrow peninsula that not only gets overwashed in the storms, but has also had a channel cut right through the middle of it.

Yes, but once they fill in the beach with those big boulders to protect their property, the washout shouldn't be as bad.

True but what a vulnerable location with absolutely no dune protection. And who's gonna give them flood insurance? It's my understanding that some areas of Destin can no longer get flood insurance and of course they are the areas that need it most. I'll take the dunes of SoWal anyday.
