Asset Coordinator

The St. Joe Company is currently seeking an Asset Coordinator for its Northwest Florida operations. The position is located at St. Joe’s WaterSound office and is responsible for the operational performance of a commercial portfolio as well as supporting the management of HOAs, POAs and assigned hospitality operations.
Responsibilities will include performance of commercial leases, working with third party leasing agents, tenants and legal team to negotiate terms and manage lease-up of assets. Candidate is responsible for tenant interviews and relations, and for assessment of property operating budgets, monitoring income and operational reports. Candidate will also serve as a Board Member on HOAs and CDDs as assigned.
Candidate must have real estate asset management, property management and/or resorts and lodging experience. Prior experience negotiating commercial leases and/or undergraduate hospitality degree preferred. Knowledge of commercial properties, property management and HOA operations preferred. Strong sense of urgency, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
