It?s official, it?s Spring and the ?Spring Breakers? have arrived in force. Bless them. They?ve come down here to enjoy our sunny beaches and the weather has been somewhat less than accommodating. They?ve had to try to enjoy their break and stay out of the cold and rain. That being said, we?ve been getting calls from them for us to come out and repair drywall where they?ve put various pieces of sporting equipment or body parts through the walls or bounced them off the ceilings. We?re also getting calls from the rental homeowners, aghast at what is going on in their beautiful homes. FYI, we are here to help!
