Yes!

Didn't anyone have the brisket tacos? I am still dreaming of them.

Bdarg's pork tacos looked yummy (and he confirmed), and I had burgoo and a classic grilled cheese sandwich (delicious). Destinscuba was working on a cheese dip that will be what I order on the next visit.

gayboi, I cannot share that Haiku here, because I gave it to Mr JamBone, and I can barely remember what I ate for breakfast this morning, much less a BBQ Haiku. Maybe Mr JamBone can post it.

As for food, I saw some pork tacos across the table, and they DID look mighty yummy. I may have to try those next time. After a girl told me that I looked like I had lost weight (I wonder if she was wearing free-beer goggles), I had to get the Pork Plate, and I am still stuffed! That BBQ is absolutely the best around, and though I don't like most of the Slaw I've tasted over the years, that Jalape?o Slaw is tops! Going on Free Beer night was simply a bonus!

i've woken from my free beer induced slumber - oh ya - it's always free beer night for me - what was i thinking!?

and i am searching my pockets for the great bbq haiku. this fleeting glimpse of poetic greatness came to me from sj on a freakin bev nap and i went to try and supersize it on the scanner machine in the office and now i cant find it. maybe its still at the bone!! if i locate it it will become part of the fabric of sowal.com legend...

I had the special, it was Bone Dip I think? Basically a french dip (skunky reminded me that it's a freedom dip) made from Jambone's brisket with sauteed onions and cheese. Got half way through it and realized I hadn't dipped it yet. I finally had to stop myself about half way through the fries otherwise I would have rolled out the door.
