How someone call themselves "pro-life" and then commit cold-blooded murder truly goes beyond my range of understanding. :angry:

There are plenty of downright "kooks" on both sides of the spectrum. It is too bad but it is the way life is. The total lack of the use of common sense on both sides is often simply amazing.

Idlewind, I truly believe that you sincerely find this murder abhorent, as does probably 99% of the folks on these boards. However, I find it very ironic that a Fox news link is used here, when for the last 4 years Bill O'Reilly has, has on many occassion spewed out his hate rhetoric directly torward Dr. Tiller on that very same network>>

There is a very, very small fringe part of the O'Reilly audience, that when force fed O'Reilly's spew and tirades, calling Dr. Tiller, among other thing, "Killer Tiller," "Nazi," "baby killer," is capable of acting out, and going the next tragic step.

It takes one nut case, one unfortunate individual with a gun, to think he is actually above the law and doing women everywhere a favor by his actions. Words can be weapons. The next terrorist attack on the U.S.may be very well be a home grown event.

Olbermann better be happy that no one has offed Dubya if that's the threshold for complicity in a murder case.
