Two Questions about Seagrove eateries

We have spent a FABULOUS week in Seagrove, just the girls But 2 of our usual stops were closed...
What happened to Amavida in Seagrove (next to Flip Flops) and the deli in Seagrove Plaza (next to Bruno's)?
And, does anyone know what might be going in thier places?

The deli in Seagrove near Garrett Realty and Bruno's was closed before the end of last year but I don't know what future plans are for that space.

Rumor is that La Botana, next to closed Amavidas in Seagrove, will be expanding into that space for a quiet area

Bad rumor, Swede has made it pretty clear that he likes the space he's in and doesn't want to get bigger.

My money is on Amavida moving to Rosemary.
