We are located next to the South Walton County Sports Complex which offers many sports activities including pickleball courts. We are also located behind the new Wal-Mart Market Place. All this while also being close to the beaches and social life of 30A.
Our community offers a fantastic pool with a sunning ledge, grills, cabanas, and fountains to help keep the water cooler during the hot summer months. We have a great dog park and spa for your fur baby, a game room, two conference centers, and a business center. We also have a fantastic fitness center, elevators in some of our buildings, and several of our apartments have fenced in private yards.
We host a food truck on Tuesdays. We also offer Flex Pay which allows you to break your payment into two automatic payments instead of coming up with the full rent at the first of each month.
The interior of our apartments features stainless appliances including a smooth top range, granite counter tops, built in desk, dehumidifier, and a washer and dryer comes in every apartment.
We are currently offering two to three months free as a move in special with a 15-month lease and immediate move in by 2/14/25 a limited time or your choice of lower monthly rates on other apartments.
