The website is still under construction, but I assure you that the pricing will be available at the time of opening (November 1). They do require a credit card deposit to hold a reservation, but this is pretty standard for most lodging facilities. Typically, reservations start at $35.00 nightly for standard RV sites to around $150 for a cottage per night.

Hi everyone, to clarify ? the property itself is along the creek with a large wooded buffer from any residential. The site was designed with minimal site impact and with a very small number of sites available for cottages or RVs.

We are happy to answer any specific questions. You can go to the property and company websites to better understand that this is not just an RV park; in fact, the majority of the sites will be for cottages.
