Utilities bEing marked

Can anyone tell me why the underground utilities are being marked on the north side of 30-A in the Seagrove area?

Is it near the old Wheel House Restaurant? They might be getting ready to run sewer, water, etc. to the new restaurant.

No...it is at the other end of sea grove. There are no markers down by the Wheel House. Are they planning to widen 30-A.

Are you talking about the beach access directly across from the Tom Thumb that looks like it's being replaced?

Other wise I'm lost as to where this is.
