Sun Times is a single story, 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bathroom beach home located in Old Seagrove Beach on a cul-de-sac. This home has a fenced-in park-like yard with a fenced-in private heated pool. You can walk 3 blocks to the beach and enjoy the sugar white sand and the beautiful gulf! Walk to Seaside and enjoy the many outdoor restaurants, shops and galleries. There's even music and movies on the lawn (check 30a.com for schedule). Plenty to do for all! Pets are welcome too!

Sun Times has 2 King size beds, 2 twin size beds and a sleeper couch. In the Master bedroom there's a walk-in closet and a Master bathroom. TVs throughout the home and a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. There's a walk out patio through the kitchen glass doors that leads to the beautiful and artful garden!

Come enjoy 30A, which is a scenic drive along the emerald coast where you can explore many local restaurants, shops and beach communities. Grayton Beach, Watercolors, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach are some of the many wonderful and unique places to explore.
