Destin Palms Vacations is accepting applicants for a full-time maintenance coordinator that would be responsible for managing tasks for the maintenance technician team for a short vacation rental property management firm. The coordinator will use Escapia software to enter tasks and process related charges. When needed, the coordinator would also be responsible for maintenance inspections, guest issue assessments, and communicating with property owners and vendors.
Must work weekends regularly. 9am-5:30pm. Dress code is beach business casual.
Requirements:
Computer & excellent typing skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Administrative experience
Excellent communication skills
Basic handyman knowledge
Must currently reside within 20 miles of the Seascape Resort
