This job will entail working at an extremely fast pace, and will require working cooperatively with people in order to complete tasks. The job requires team or collaborative work within the organization. This job will require a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done correctly. It is important in this job for goals to be set and reached, and for tasks to be completed in a timely manner. Decisions may have to be made under pressure, and will generally need the ideas and advice of others. Details will need to be handled quickly and accurately, but will not be a repetitive part of the job. This job will involve controlling all aspects of tasks, from the initiation, through the process, and through to completion.
Oversee is looking for someone to join their vacation rental management team an Assistant Property Manager ($37,500 + gas and benefits), a Property Manager ($42,500 + gas and benefits), and a Senior Property Manager ($47,500 + gas and benefits). This position will support all aspects of the property ensuring the highest levels of service and hospitality are provided. They will ensure all homeowners and guests will have a clean and consitent property when visiting. Some of the responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, coordinating with housekeeping, inputting and completing work orders, assisting in seasonal projects, and facilitating the upkeep of these properties.
