INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR FOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
The Contractor shall provide the following minimum types of insurance and licenses to cover, any employees or subcontractors meeting the following coverage stated:
● Comprehensive General Liability policy of no less than $500,000including premises and operation, Independent Contractors (if any), products, and completed operations (if any).
● Worker’s Compensation Policy Insurance.
● Active and unrestricted driver’s license.
● Business license(s) as may be required.
● Proof of employment drug testing for contractors working in FLCFY managed properties.
