Description / Key Responsibilities:
Due to rapid growth at Vacayzen, there is an urgent need for a person to manage the growing fleet of vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and facilities. Scope of job will consist of the following:

• Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) Maintenance – Vacayzen now has over 200 low speed vehicles that will require regular maintenance and repair. This labor will encompass the mechanical components of the LSVs as well as maintaining a pristine aesthetic appearance of all LSVs for our customers. Usual tasks will include oil changes, flat repair, battery replacement, and small engine repair.
• Vehicle Maintenance – Vacayzen has a fleet of nearly 30 vehicles and over a dozen trailers that will require regular maintenance and repair. This will primarily include
• Building Maintenance – Vacayzen has 5 separate warehouse spaces that require maintenance. Facilities manager will be responsible for executing and/or coordinating repair efforts with third party vendors across these warehouse spaces. This could include plumbing, electrical, structural, and general maintenance tasks.
• Process Building – Manager should build sustainable and repeatable processes to be able to train LSV employees for usual repairs.
• Sourcing – Manager should work with Vacayzen purchasing manager to find most efficient purchasing method for LSV, vehicle, and facility repair products. This will include requirements building, price analysis, and pursuing favorable terms with suppliers.

Qualifications / Key Skills: Specialized Skills (required) – employee must have experience with vehicle maintenance, as they will be required to provide mechanical repairs to golf carts and fleet vehicles

• Specialized Skills (optional) – employee should be able to complete facility (plumbing, electrical, general maintenance) repairs as well as aesthetic repairs on golf carts and vehicles
• 3rd Party Coordination – employee should be able to coordinate with 3rd party vendors for all facility and vehicle repairs that are outside of the scope of their ability to complete
• Extreme Attention to Detail – employee will seek to optimize both business and service aspects of business segment
• Documentation – employee will need to develop comprehensive policies and procedures needed to be able to execute end-to-end business processes

Compensation

• Part time employee – 20-24 hours/week
• Rate - $20/hour
