Valentine’s weekend typically means romantic dinners and flowers for most, but for Walton County residents and visitors alike, it also signals the highly anticipated annual Valentine Tour of Homes. The event is known for showcasing stunning interiors, architecturally acclaimed homes and picturesque settings bringing inspiration to tour goers’ winter weekend at the beach. COLORMIX FORECAST 2023

To kick-off this year’s Valentine Tour of Homes, the CAA is hosting an educational presentation presented by Sherwin Williams. Inspired by influential inventors along the shores of the world’s most beautiful beaches, ColorMix Forecast 2023 brings together drivers for design to network and hear from the most instrumental leaders in the industry.

Interior designers, architects, realtors and artists alike are invited to attend the first annual event on Friday, February 10 from 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Stock & Trade Design Co.

Tickets are on sale now for $50 per person and include light refreshments. Continuing education credit is available.

All The Details You Need To Know​

We'll see you on the Tour THIS Saturday, Feb. 11, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 12, 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. Ticket Buyers are asked to bring their printed or digital ticket receipt (from your phone) to any of the homes. The ticket receipt will be scanned and redeemed for an official Tour ticket with the addresses listed for each home. Tour tickets allow you one-time access into all of the homes throughout the weekend. If you do not have your ticket, do not worry; we will be able to search your name. We're excited to feature six incredible homes this year including... Home #1: Historic Hotz Ave. Home 10 Hotz Ave., Grayton Beach *We recommend tour goers park in the Grayton Central parking lot on Highway 283 located across from The Shops of Grayton. The Grayton Beach Tram, operated by Visit South Walton, will take guests to a central drop off spot directly across from the home near the West Beach access and pick up from that same location. Home #2: Modern Marvel 11 Park Row Lane, Santa Rosa Beach *Tour goers should utilize the parking lot directly across the street from the residence as WaterColor Security may ticket any vehicle that is parked on the street. Home #3: Cozy Beach Bungalow 193 Needlerush Dr., Santa Rosa Beach Home #4: Stately Seagrove Château 43 San Roy Rd., Seagrove Beach Home #5: Luxury Compound 42 W.
