Vicki's Kitchenique is always announcing upcoming cooking classes on the website. New classes are posted for each month. Classes are held at The Cuvee Catering Center in Miramar Beach. I'm posting this in Dining and Food forum because these classes are an incredible dining experience while you also watch, learn new techniques and recipes, and drink wine. What a great night out with friends!

I'm so excited to welcome back o the kitchen Chefs Brannon Janca and Todd Misener who just treated us to a Trenasse experience and are now coming back with Chef Nick Walton to show off some Trebeache specialties. Many of you may remember Chef Walton from way back when he instructed Sushi classes at the school. Well, he's heading up the "raw bar" at Trebeache which features in addition to sushi, oyster specialties, and cold appetizers items. We'll start with Chef Walton's a unique Maki sushi, a Louisiana Soft Shell Crab Roll; Yellow Tomato Gazpacho Shooters; Seared U-10 Scallops with Curry Cauliflower and Edamame Hummus and Strawberry Shortcake made with Trenasse's famous biscuits!
