Thinking of buying a house in Village of Blue Mountain on the north side of 30-A. How are rentals in this neighborhood? Are retail shops/restaurants still planned?

I have 3 bd 2 ba condo in VBMB. they assure us there will be restaurants, shops, etc. But then again, they have promised a lot vs what has been delivered.


BTW, I can get you a DEAL on my condo... 105K below appraisal, rental ready www.vrbo.com/86900. Facing possible marriage separation, it's gotta go!

Before you buy (??) ask about the buildout period and any extensions. If you are thinking rental, you really should be on the south side of 30A. I am a broker and would be happy to talk to you without any obligation.
