Villages of South Walton

I am looking at renting either 2 or 3 3-bedroom condos at the Villages of South Walton. Can anyone give me information about the Villages? Good and bad?

Very new, very nice. Only negative is that you have to cross Hwy 30-A to get to the beach, but there is a shuttle service.
