VKI- is it really going to Open?

For years, there has been a sushi/steak house restaurant sign "VKI" on the West end of a strip mall near to Louis Louis on 98 in SRB. The East end now offers BINGO.

Anybody got details of the opening?

I seriously doubt it too.

This morning as I drove past that strip mall I felt sad again...that two gorgeous old oak trees that had lived in that corner for probably more than 100 years, were summarily cut down to make way for an almost empty strip mall, a Bingo Hall, and a parking lot...another example of not being good stewards of our land and environment IMO. At the time no one around here thought we needed another strip mall!

I saw a "COMING SOON in the Spring" sign hanging out front today as I passed, but can't say it wasn't there since last spring........

Now that sign has changed to something like Japanese Steahouse and Sushi....

Opened this week. Only took them about 3 years from when their sign when up ....
