Walton County Tourism is currently undergoing a comprehensive strategic planning process that will guide the development and direction of our tourism efforts over the next five years. This important initiative will define how we enhance visitor experiences, support local businesses, preserve our natural and cultural assets and ensure tourism continues to benefit our community’s quality of life and economy.

Thanks Jen for posting! I would like to urge everyone to put in the comment area at the end to implement a trolley system along 30A , Watersound Orgins and 30 Avenue like other vacation areas offer. I strongly feel it will reduce golf cart use, vehicle use and making safety of pedestrians. I know we had "one" years ago, it was a private company and it was before the big influx of tourist and residents. I think a county system with multiple trolleys and stops will do the job. Can be used all year long, for all ages and disabilities.
