Live in Blue Mountain Beach and am getting married in October of this year. Am trying to find a rental on 30A or west end of PCB for 3-4 nights on the beach. Want to have wedding and reception at the house. Any ideas of who to look or check with? Have been on all the rental sites and vrbo.com with no luck, any suggestions would be helpful. 50 person max. Weddings at residences is an issue currently under discussion, so make sure that you can get a refund if enforcement changes and you are no longer allowed to use the house for the wedding.

That's going to be difficult. The law states that a rental may only contain the number of people it sleeps at any given time. I don't know of too many.
For instance the biggest house I've ever seen that sleeps the most is this one Blue Mountain Beach, Florida vacation rental by owner: 9 bedroom House rental that sleeps 27. "Villa Rosa" Luxurious 9 Bedroom Home, Game Room, Private Pool and it caps out at 27. Keep in mind that the occupancy limit is people inside the house so if the owner is cool with you having it outside then you're good.
