We are locals who live in niceville. We're wanting to 'get away' with some friends for a weekend in September. We need at least at least a 3 bedroom, but would pay for bigger. Our only stipulation is that it's beachfont. We want to be able to hear the surf, sit on the deck watching the waves, and not have to walk too far to get to the water. This is proving more diffacult to find than I thought it would be...
We've tried several rental agencies in the area, but almost everywhere has a 3 night minimum stay requirement. And most of the places were a couple hundred yards from the beach.
we were hoping some private owners might be willing to do a 2 night stay during offseason.
