My roommate and I are currently renting in Blue Mountain Beach and our lease is up at the end of May. But we know prices are most expensive during that time of year, so we are possibly getting out of our lease early. If something comes along between now and then, we will take it!
We are looking to stay anywhere along 30A....
We would LOVE to rent a HOUSE so that we can have a bit more privacy, since we are living below a family that is VERY LOUD right now--but will consider a townhome or condo that is noise proof or not on bottom floor!
We are two mature young women, VERY VERY clean and responsible.
We need at least 2 bedrooms, (would love to have a third) Need at least 2 bathrooms. Also, we have our own furniture, so we need unfurnished, or maybe partially furnished depending on the size.
Our budget is under $1200/month.
