We are moving to the area from Atlanta, my husband has already started his new position, but we've yet to find our regular residential long term rental to call home .... So in the meantime, we need a temporary/ vacation rental to rent starting weekend of December 12th, probably driving down on the 13th (Saturday). We think we will need it for about a month, so we are looking for a great off season monthly rental rate. We also are hoping whomever we rent from has some flexibility if we need to stay a little longer or leave a little sooner.
We are a married, professional couple with two small dogs. Dogs are very well trained, both almost 10 years old, both treated monthly by vet for flea prevention and heartworms plus completely updated on all shots/testing/rabies/etc, both are fixed. Combined weight of less than 25lbs. They are like are children
We want something in the beaches of south walton, along 30a or pretty close. Being in a community could be cool because we'd love to take advantage of any indoor pools, good walking paths, or close to beach and easy access to walk/bike paths.
We need at least one bedroom and 1.5 baths. Something bigger is preferred. Any awesome outdoor living would be great. I love anything that has cool character, more artsy, cool cottage like. We will need parking for three vehicles, we have our two personal cars, then a company car. Obviously, all utilities included and definitely wifi (I'm sure it already is because it's a vacation rental).
We we want to keep costs low, so let's say nothing over 1500 all inclusive for the month, prefer even lower. I know a lot of places I love usually rent for more than what we want to pay, but hoping someone has an amazing property out there that they do not want sitting empty and could be rented by great renters.
