Does anyone know of any warehouse units available off of Serenoa Road in the SoWal Business Park? Particularly does anyone have info on the new units being built under the Permit sign ZAC Business Plaza? We are unable to find leasing details or owner info and would like to find out about available units.

Hate to break it to you, but most new construction like that is leased before they break ground.
